1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SpherePA, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the app. This service is provided by Neal Bresler trading as Site Smiths ("we," "us," or "our").

2. No Cloud or Internet Upload

SpherePA is a local-first application. You cannot create an account on our servers, and the application does not upload or transmit your information to the internet. Your spheres, contacts, and configuration data remain exclusively on your device.

3. Intellectual Property

All items related to SpherePA—including the name, logo, source code, and user interface—belong exclusively to Neal Bresler trading as Site Smiths. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

SpherePA offers the following in-app purchases. There are no additional physical goods or services provided:

• Free Trial: All features are free for 1 week upon initial download.
• Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month.
• Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year.
• Lifetime Subscription: $59.99 (one-time purchase).

Refunds: All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds directly. Any request for a refund or subscription cancellation must be made directly through Apple's services.

5. User Feedback & Suggestions

You are welcome to give us feedback, bug reports, and suggestions via email or community forums. By submitting feedback, you agree that we may use or implement your suggestions without any offer or expectation of recompense or financial compensation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is," without any warranties, guarantees, or promises of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
